Quality Control
Quality is the foundation of every operational decision we make — not a final checkpoint, but a system built into every stage of our supply chain.
Our Quality System
All raw tea materials are sourced exclusively from contracted tea gardens in the Mingjian region of Nantou County. Through long-term partnerships with local tea farmers, we maintain direct oversight of agricultural practices, input management, and harvest timing. This contractual relationship ensures that raw material quality is managed from the ground up — not simply assessed upon arrival at our facility.
Every stage of our production — from raw material intake and sorting through processing, blending, drying, packaging, and pre-export inspection — is performed within our own manufacturing facility in Mingjian Township. We do not subcontract production. This factory-direct model eliminates the variability and traceability risks associated with outsourced manufacturing.
Our food safety management system is built to support compliance with the import requirements of our key markets, including Japan, North America, and the European Union. We conduct systematic testing on incoming raw materials and finished products, covering pesticide residues, heavy metal content, moisture levels, color parameters, and microbiological indicators. Testing records are maintained for every production lot.
Supply consistency is a core operational priority. Through our contracted garden network and managed inventory systems, we are able to provide clients with predictable lead times and reliable volume fulfillment across seasonal variation. We work with clients to develop supply schedules that align with their production calendars, minimizing the risk of supply disruption.
Every shipment is accompanied by complete batch documentation, enabling full traceability from the specific contracted garden and harvest lot through to the finished product and export shipment. This documentation is available to clients for their own regulatory compliance, quality audits, and market-access requirements.
